First-Light USA has been providing tactical lighting solutions to the United States Border Patrol for over a decade, and during that time we’ve learned a lot about the unique capabilities necessary for Agents to optimally perform their duties. While our original TORQ NV has been providing IR, powerful white light, and an array of secondary colors to Agents in the field, we’ve created a modified version known as the TORQ NV CS designed for cutting sign. We worked closely with the USBP to determine the optimal color temperature that maximizes the ability to track vehicles, individuals, and other signs of ground disturbance in low-light conditions. The TORQ NV CS also features Infrared, and secondary colors of red, green, and blue.
