First-Light USA accepts PayPal payments online. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can make credit card payments through PayPal without having to creat an account. If paying by check, First-Light USA will process your mail-in order when your check has been received and approved. All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Your FirstLight-USA.com orders are processed using a secure server. When you purchase our goods over the Internet, we vigorously strive to guard your privacy including using the Internet industry’s top encryption protection, the Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL).
Large Order Discounts:
If you are considering making a large order or multiple purchases of a single item please contact us as you may qualify for a large order discount.
Custom Delivery Information:
Each order placed with First-Light USA is fulfilled by hand, assuring that your order and your shipment are as accurate, safe and as secure as possible. Normal processing time is between three and five business days from the date the order is placed.
Orders Refused on Delivery:
Unless the package is damaged, if you refuse your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees both ways.
If you have placed an order and want to cancel for any reason, please email us within 24 hours at email@example.com. We will try to stop the order, but if it has already been processed, you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (including the return shipping).
First-Light USA will gladly accept international orders. However, please be aware that shipping times will vary depending upon your location.

Every effort is made by First-Light USA to assure the accuracy or your order. Please contact us if you believe that any problems exist with your purchase. Should you dispute a transaction and order a chargeback from your credit card company, and that chargeback is determined to be unfounded through appeal or in any other manner, you will be responsible for any fees First-Light USA sustains in the transaction.
Inventory and Errors:
As with any ecommerce web site, every effort is made to make sure that the items presented are available for sale, described properly and priced correctly. While First-Light USA prides itself on the quality of its service, the information on this web site does not certify that each product is available for sale, is described properly or is priced correctly, and First-Light USA reserves the right to terminate any transaction containing a mistake or factual error.
First-Light USA will only reship an order at our cost if our shipping agent, or we, entered the incorrect shipping address and the order was returned in error.
We are sure you to be thrilled with you First-Light USA tactical light. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Before returning any product, you MUST fill out the online Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. A copy of your completed RMA form will be emailed to you, please print and mail it, along with your light (in original packaging possible) to:

You will receive a credit via your original method of payment within 10-14 business days of our receipt of your return. Monetary refunds and/or product exchanges will only be granted on items purchased directly from First-Light USA. Note, your initial shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
If you used a promotional or discount code to purchase any part of an item that you wish to return, you will be credited only the amount charged to your credit card.
